Help Create Energy Efficient Housing

Habitat’s Step-One Weatherization will help low-income homeowners to air-seal their homes using volunteer labor with the goal of creating a more energy efficient housing envelope.  This will lead to savings on energy bills and offer further comfort in the home, thus improving the health and safety of the homeowners and the energy efficiency of their homes.  We are now accepting applications from homeowners and renters with written permission from their landlords.

To learn more about applying for weatherization, call Tia Anderson at (207) 236-6123 or complete the online interest form below and a weatherization volunteer will contact you.
